Abstract
Huang Yeda presents a two-part work that brings Qu Yuan’s poem “Inquiry of Heaven” into dialogue with artificial intelligence. The first part writes the full poem in ink and cinnabar on seventy large wooden boards modelled on Chu bamboo slips; the second shows ChatGPT’s answers written on an iPad as “digital calligraphy”.
